These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded on the website: www.mareehaircare.com.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are drafted in the French language and are therefore subject to French law. If translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text shall prevail in the event of a dispute.

In the event of a dispute or complaint, the user shall first contact the seller to reach an amicable solution.

Any circumstances beyond the control of MAREE HAIRCARE and the user that prevent the execution of their obligations under normal conditions are considered causes for exemption from the obligations of both parties and shall result in their suspension.

Under no circumstances can MAREE HAIRCARE and its partners be held liable for indirect incidents related to the use of this website.

All facts and circumstances that are irresistible, unpredictable, unavoidable, and beyond the control of the parties shall be considered cases of force majeure.

The price of items is indicated in euros and includes all taxes. All orders are payable in euros. MAREE HAIRCARE reserves the right to change the price of an item at any time without explanation.

VAT is included in the prices displayed on the site. The standard French VAT rate (20%) applies to all orders within the European Union. Please note that for non-EU countries, local VAT as well as import customs duties are your responsibility. MAREE HAIRCARE disclaims any liability for parcels held at customs if the fees are not assumed by the customer.

The user places their order online, subject to stock availability, via the online catalog. By filling out the order form, the user undertakes to provide accurate information to ensure proper shipping and billing. The user agrees to purchase items for personal use and not for resale.

Placing an order implies acceptance of the price and product details in effect at the time of purchase. Purchase orders and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as proof.

The sale is considered final upon receipt of the order confirmation email containing the invoice. If you do not receive an email, please contact our customer service to check that your order has been processed.

MAREE HAIRCARE reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason and without explanation.

In the event of a violation of these terms, a breach of law or third-party rights, or the use of the website for illegal purposes, the user agrees to defend and indemnify MAREE HAIRCARE and its partners.
